Terms of Reference – Planning Committee

Aims and objectives of the committee:

  1. To consider and evaluate special projects or events within the College
  2. To report recommendations to the SLT

Specifically, the Planning Committee will be responsible for receiving information, coordinating required actions for, and communicating of details regarding:

  • Excursions
  • Incursions
  • Staff Professional Development
  • Approved Staff Leave
  • Sport
  • College Assemblies and Mass
  • Special College Events and Performances
  • Take Carriage of College Yearly Calendar

The committee will also consider proposals made in regards to:

  • Fundraising
  • Tours
  • Calendar considerations
  • Technology
  • General College resources
